Project Description
Laclede Lofts was a historic rehabilitation/restoration of the three-story former Pfeiffer Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company headquarters, constructed in midtown in 1946. The project included 50 market-rate loft apartments and residential amenity spaces. Detailed restoration preserved the original glazed block interior partitions with steel sash borrow lite windows, which were incorporated into the apartments.
