Project Description
Magnolia Hotel was a historic renovation/restoration of the historic downtown Mayfair Hotel, which was designed by Preston Bradshaw in 1925. The project included a redesign of the first floor lobby spaces that had been previously modernized, a new bar in the historic Mayfair Room, and new finishes throughout the hotel rooms and corridors. One of the original stained-glass windows that had been removed in the former lobby modernization was restored with a new stained glass window based on the remaining original lobby windows.
