Project Description
The Arcade Building was a historic rehabilitation/restoration of a 19-story former office and retail building in downtown St. Louis that had been abandoned for 35 years. The project included affordable artist loft apartments, artist studios, market rate apartments, residential amenity spaces, and three floors of space for Webster University’s Gateway campus.
