Located in sunny Miami-Dade county, Florida this project included the renovation of (334) units in (2) existing 8-story senior apartment buildings. A new community building was constructed for the residents as an extension off of the existing leasing area that received interior upgrades as well. The existing pool was infilled to transform the courtyard space into new exterior resident amenities including shuffle board courts, bocce ball courts, a dog park, pavilion with BBQ grills, and a walking path.
