Leather Trades Artist Lofts was a historic rehabilitation/restoration of the eight-story Leather Trades Building. The building was constructed in 1912 and originally housed leather goods manufacturing businesses. Located in what is now the downtown west loft district, the rehabilitation included affordable artist loft apartments, artist studios, residential amenity spaces, as well as three levels of parking within the existing building.
