Project Description
Located in the Central Carondelet Historic District, Lyon School Apartments is a historic rehabilitation of a two-and-one-half story school building designed by famed architect William Ittner. Originally built in 1909, the school received a gymnasium addition in 1992. The project includes 32 loft-style apartment units, a clubroom, a fitness room, and a bike storage room.
