Mansions on the Plaza Phase 2 was a 178,000-square-foot, four-story addition to the existing Mansions on the Plaza Apartment Building located at Delmar Boulevard and Delcrest Drive. Phase 2 consisted of 116 luxury apartments of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom floor plans ranging from 768 to 3,646 square feet. Interior finishes included 42-inch tall cabinetry, granite countertops, high-end appliance package, under-cabinet wine refrigerator, contemporary lighting, modern bath fixtures, double-vanity bathrooms, jetted tubs, and ample patio space. The Phase 2 addition also expanded upon the central courtyard amenities to include large plaza areas, fire pits, and lush landscaping.
