A new construction modular housing project located on Beaver Island in Michigan, this project consists of (6) two-story buildings constructed in coordination with Homeway Commercial. Built in Illinois at Homeway’s facility, each modular unit was then transported up to the island in Michigan by way of truck and barge to then be connected onsite. Navigating the challenges of construction in remote locations this project provided fast, economical short-term housing to a market lacking options at that time with intentions of providing similar solutions in the future.
