The Tivoli Place Apartments was a historic rehabilitation of the former Hotel Bienville, constructed in 1921 in downtown New Orleans. The project included extensive new residential amenity spaces and restoration of a lobby fresco by artist Conrad Albrizio installed when the building was converted to offices for Pan-Am Southern Corporation in 1951.
